Legal costs in current appeal against Information Commisioner decision
Dear East Devon District Council,
Please let me have the costs to date and the projected future costs incurred by the EDDC appeal to the First Tier Tribunal against a ruling by the Informational Commissioner, (EA/2013/0072; East Devon v Information Commissioner and Jeremy Woodward).
These costs should include;-
The costs of external legal fees and advice
The EDDC staff involved and the time that they spent on the Appeal process
All incidental costs such as subsistence, travel,payments to other bodies etc.

This is with the exception of report 5A (5) which is still being considered by the Tribunal and will be released as soon as we are directed to do so. This report follows exactly the same format and contains a very similar level of detail, report 5 being a draft version of 5A.
