Legal Costs EA/2009/0034
Dear University of Central Lancashire,
Please could you tell me what the total in legal costs were incurred by the University in relation to case EA/2009/0034.
I specifically want a breakdown showing all costs from the date of the initial Freedom of Information request, through to the ICO's decision and then the Tribunal. This should be a total figure as well as breaking down the total to the individual invoices showing each amount and who each amount was paid to.
Specifically I want to know how much was paid to 11KBW and/or Tim Pitt-Payne for legal advice and representation at the Tribunal.
Yours faithfully,
Matthew Davis
I acknowledge receipt of your Freedom of Information Request below. Could
you please clarify when is meant by 11KBW stated in your last paragraph

Dear Alexandra Margaret Bostock,
My understanding is it is the chambers that the barrister your university hired belongs to. I presume it is short for 11 Kings Bench Walk.
Yours sincerely,
Matthew Davis

Dear University of Central Lancashire,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of University of Central Lancashire's handling of my FOI request 'Legal Costs EA/2009/0034'.
I do not believe you have assessed the S.43 exemption correctly. In my opinion it is not engaged and even if it were the public interest would be in favour of disclosure.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:
