John Hyde made this Freedom of Information request to Post Office Limited Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

The request was successful.

Dear Post Office Limited,

Since the Post Office scandal came to light through the Fraser judgment, how much has the Post Office paid in total through each of these schemes?

Horizon Shortfall Scheme
Group Litigation Order Scheme
Overturned Convictions Scheme
Horizon Convictions Redress Scheme

How many claims have been made through each scheme and how many have been settled?

In the last year, what has been the total spent on external legal advice relating to these compensation schemes?

How many external lawyers are currently assigned to working on these schemes? Please also give their status (ie partner, solicitor, trainee, paralegal) and hourly rate agreed for each rank of lawyer.

Yours faithfully,

John Hyde
