Daniella Creighton

Dear Northern Ireland Council for the Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment,

Are CCEA staff or any DENI appointed Council members using the services of a legal team paid for by CCEA in relation to the accusations made against the Chairman by the Interim CEO?

Is the Interim CEO using the services of a legal team paid for by CCEA in relation to accusations made against the Chairman?

If yes to any of the above, under which powers/arrangements is this granted for each scenario?

If yes to any of the above, how much has been expended, to date, even if not invoiced or paid as yet, by CCEA in relation to each of the above situations? This information should be available from any legal team being used.

Yours faithfully,
Daniella
