Dear Mr Hyde,
I can confirm that we may hold information that is relevant to your
request, however we are still considering our position as to whether the
information is exempt from disclosure under a limitation as detailed in
our transparency code.
We are considering the following limitation:
o Qualified limitation 8: Intended for future publication
We therefore need to extend the deadline by an additional 20 working days
in order to consider the public interest test.
The new deadline for us to now issue our response is by 22 January 2021.
Once we have completed our consideration of the public interest test we
will write to you with our full decision.
