Legal Cases relating to the wearing of 'Masks in schools' in Kent - June 2021

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Kent County Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Kent County Council,

Please provide details of the following:

The names of all Schools/Academy Trust where any legal action (including threats of Legal Action settled at the 'Letter Before Action' and subsequent correspondence stage) , whether settled or still proceeding , have been brought against ANY School or Academy Trust in KENT which are related to the wearing/not wearing of face coverings in schools/academies, mask exemptions, sanctions for the refusal of mask wearing in class or any harassment, victimisation relating to refusal or inability to wear a face covering, and/or any cases where KCC Legal services have provided advice.

Please provide as part of this request :

Name of School - Name of Head Teacher - Summary of Legal Action brought - outcome (settled or pending).
