Subject: Freedom of Information request - Legal bills for secondary
ticketing prosecutions

Dear ACTSO Ltd,

Please provide me with an estimate of the costs incurred to date in the
investigation and prosecutions of individuals in relation to Operation
Zebedee, Operation Eiffel and Operation Treacle.

In particular I would like to know:-

1. The costs incurred by NTS in the investigations that led to arrest
and prosecution.
2. The legal fees incurred to date in hiring barristers from St Pauls
Chambers to prosecute the case - together with the fees incurred in the
hiring of any other legal staff involved in the prosecutions.
