Legal Aid Fund - Gatekeepers of Such

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Scottish Legal Aid Board should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Scottish Legal Aid Board,

Please answer the following questions:

1. Is the Scottish Legal Aid Fund, funded by the Public Purse?

2. Are corporate sector legal firms the gatekeepers to the Legal Aid Fund; in that a citizen cannot gain access to this public fund, without the authority, at source, of a corporate legal firm?

3. Which condition-specific, empirical testing method/s is utilised to assure the public that no member of the "Board" - that is any member of the Scottish Legal Aid Board - is a reasonable-minded person, as demanded by law, and is not in fact a high-level, psychopath?

4. Does the Scottish Legal Aid Board make use of the B-Scan 360 test to ensure that no bullying psychopath is employed within its workforce?

Yours faithfully,

Peter McNab
