Dear Rachael,
We acknowledge receipt of your email requesting information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 received on 31 March 2022. As per section 10 of the Act, you can expect a response no later than 20 working days from the first working day following receipt of your request (ie by 3 May 2022).
For your information, the Freedom of Information Act 2000 contains a number of exemptions which may prevent the release of the information you have requested. We will assess whether any of the exemptions apply to your request and should an exemption apply, we will explain which exemption(s) applies and why we believe the exemption to be applicable. We will also provide details of any Public Interest Tests of Prejudice/Likelihood Tests which we are required to carry out to support our decision making. Should there be a delay in the processing your request (for example due to the need to conduct a Public Interest Test) we will keep you informed on our progress.
CCEA will also consider whether your request is vexatious/repetitive or would exceed the reasonable cost limit to process which we define as £450 or 18 hours staff processing time. Should we decide to refuse your request on any of these grounds we will inform you of this and provide reasons why we believe that this is the case.
If any further assistance on this matter is required, please do not hesitate to contact me.
