I refer to the above and your request dated 10 January 2020. I have contacted the relevant services and now provide a response to your request relating to Leeds City Council's work with Stonewall.

1. copies of Leeds City Council's submissions to the Stonewall Education Equality Index (EEI) for the years 2018 and 2019.
Response: Please find attached a copy of the Education Equality Index (EEI) submission produced in 2018. Stonewall replaced the Education Equality Index with the Children and Young People Services (CYPS) Champions Programme in 2019. Leeds City Council signed up the new programme and produced a submission against it. The submission was made online through the Stonewall website and therefore a paper copy is not available.

Response: Please find attached a copy of the notes written up from the feedback Stonewall provided on our 2018 EEI submission. Please note: no written feedback was provided by Stonewall on our 2018 submission. We have yet to receive feedback on our 2019 CYPS Champions Programme submission.

3) a copy of the Action Plan drawn up by LCC Children and Families Equality and Diversity Group in April 2019 to follow up on the Stonewall feedback.

Response: Please find attached a copy of the Action Plan based on the feedback provided on our 2018 Education Equality Index submission.

4) a list of the schools in Leeds where Stonewall has been delivering training.

Response: This information is not held by the Council.

5) a copy of the gender identity guidance document written in partnership with Stonewall in the second half of 2018.

Response: Please find attached a copy of Children and Families Gender Identity Guidance produced in 2018.
