Dear Southwark Borough Council,

Please provide copies of the reports from the 4-6 weekly estate ‘walkarounds’ that have been undertaken at the Ledbury Estate between January 2018 and July 2018.

(These are usually undertaken by a member of the technical team/an RSO and residents are encouraged to take part.)

Please additionally provide information on:

1) How the Ledbury Estate ‘walkarounds’ have been advertised to residents on the estate to take part.

2) How often, and by what means, the Ledbury Estate Director Mike Tyrell has been given copies of the outcome/report of these walkarounds

Thank you for your request for information that was received on 25 July
2018 in which you requested:

Please provide copies of the reports from the 4-6 weekly estate
'walkarounds' that have been undertaken at the Ledbury Estate between

Your request is being dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
and you will receive a response within 20 working days of the date that we
received your request.

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 defines a number of exemptions that
may restrict the release of the requested information. There will be an
assessment and if any of the exemptions apply then the information may not
be released. You will be informed if this is the case, including your
rights of appeal.

your permission to process this data and failure to provide it will mean
that we cannot respond to your request.
