Good afternoon,

After reviewing information with our service provider please see below
answers,

1. Since the installation of LED streetlights commenced in 2019, how many
complaints have been made about these to date, for any reason? - Please
note before the 2019 LED project. we had changed our footpaths over to LED
as a trial, which we received two complaints.   Since the LED project
commenced in November 2019 we have received 366 complaints to date. 

2. Since the installation of 4000k LED luminaires commenced in 2019, how
many complaints have been made about these to date, for any reason? - 366
to date

3. How many complaints in total have been received about the brightness of
the LEDs since fitting in 2019? - 299 to date with regards to brightness

4. How many complaints have been received about the area around their
residences being too dark since LEDs were fitted in 2019? - 67 with
regards to darkness

5. How many columns have been fitted with shields, temporary and
permanent, in response to complaints after fitting of 4000k LEDs since
2019? - 156 to date
