Lecterns used by the Prime Minister outside 10 Downing Street

The request was partially successful.

Dear Prime Minister's Office,

I am writing to request information about the lecterns used by the Prime Minister outside 10 Downing Street when addressing the media.

It appears that each of the last four Prime Ministers has used a different design of lectern, as documented in this Tweet: https://twitter.com/ariehkovler/status/1...

Could you please let me know answers to the following:

1) Who chooses the lectern?
2) Is the lectern chosen from a selection already present at Number 10?
3) If the lectern is not chosen from a pre-existing selection, where are the lecterns obtained from?
4) If there is a pre-existing selection of lecterns, how many are in storage?
5) What happens to the lecterns when the Prime Minister leaves office?
6) What is the budget for each new lectern?

Yours faithfully,
Jonty Wareing

We know from this Parliamentary Question that the current lectern is owned and provided by the Conservative Party.
