Leave status of individuals subject to allegations of immigration violations
Dear Home Office,
Hope this finds you well. I'd be very grateful if you could supply the following information, subject to the Freedom of Information Act 2000. My request relates to allegations of immigration violations recording in the Intelligence Management System.
For allegations found to be unactionable because the person in question was found to have valid leave to remain during the period 1 - 7 July 2014 (inclusive), please specify what type of leave to remain the individual was found to have. Based on previous correspondence with the Home Office, I understand that obtaining this information will involve cross-referencing between two databases. However, I trust that the limited time period for which I am requesting data means the request is below the cost threshold.
Yours faithfully,
Mary Atkinson
