Leaseholders Building Insurance costs

We're waiting for K Sanderson to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Greenwich Borough Council,
Could you tell me:
1. How much your leaseholders pay each year for their Buildings Insurance
2. Can the Buildings Insurance on leaseholder's service charges be listed by bedroom size please?
2. Which Insurance company do you use?
3. What have been the cost increases over the last 2 years?

Could you tell me:

1.  How much your leaseholders pay each year for their Buildings
Insurance?

This is variable based on the premium charged by the insurer.

2.  Can the Buildings Insurance on leaseholder's service charges be listed
by bedroom size please?

No, because we do not record or hold the information in this way.

3.  Which Insurance company do you use?

Currently this is Protector Insurance.

4.  What have been the cost increases over the last 2 years?

The Premium for 22/23 was £1,755,821.88 and increased to £2,783,011.23 for
23/24 and then £3,361,245.98.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your request, you can ask
for an Internal Review.  Internal review requests must be submitted within
two months of the date of receipt of the response to your original
request.  If you wish to do this, please contact us in writing, setting
out why you are dissatisfied.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the Internal Review, you may
apply directly to the Information Commissioner (ICO) for a decision. 
Generally, the ICO cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted the
Internal Review procedure provided by the Council. You can contact the ICO
