Lease between Southwark Council and DHFC at Greendale

We're waiting for Mrs Warren to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Southwark Borough Council,

Studying the December 2018 lease agreement between Southwark Council and Dulwich Hamlet Football Club for land at Greendale, I can see that the leased area includes a section of pathway that was recently installed by Southwark Council. I note that in Section 3 “Tenant’s Covenants” Clause 4 (g) requires that the tenant ensures this footpath within their demise is kept safe, usable, unobstructed and open for public access. However, Clause 7 (f) contains provisions under which alterations can be made to the footpath. What was Southwark Council's intention by the inclusion of Clause 7 (f) in the lease?

Yours faithfully,

Mrs Warren
