Thank you for your enquiry dated 23 October 2020. As you have requested a copy of a document, your request falls within the scope of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) and we have processed it accordingly.

Please note that information regarding this lease is accessible from the Registers of Scotland and can be sourced at https://www.ros.gov.uk/support/contact-us and, therefore, exempt from disclosure under section 25 of FOISA. (This exemption exempts information from disclosure where the requester can reasonably obtain the information without asking for it under FOISA).

If you are unhappy with this response to your request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review by contacting us. Your request for review should explain why you are dissatisfied and should be made within 40 working days of receipt of this response. The review will be undertaken by staff not involved in the original process and we will reply within 20 working days of receipt.
