Dear Brent Borough Council,

Would it be possible to provide me with an update with regard the FOI request I initially submitted on the 25th January 2018.

I have not yet received any confirmation that the request has been received and this is now past the required 20 working days you have to respond.

Please let me know if you need any clarification on any of the information requested.

Yours faithfully,

Freedom of Information, Brent Borough Council

Dear Mr Harrison

Thank you for your email of 2 March 2018.

I apologise for the lack of a reply to your earlier email, which seems to have been missed. This must be annoying and frustrating for you and I am sorry for that. It also falls below the standards that Brent normally achieves when dealing with Freedom of Information requests, and creates an unfortunate impression with our public. I can assure you that this is not our normal practice.

I will log your request today and ask that it is dealt with as soon as possible.

Yours sincerely
