Dear Stoke on Trent City Council,
Could you please tell me how many people (service users over 18 years old) are supported through the local authority social care teams within adult services and how many children are supported within the children’s disability team?
Now can I please have a break down of how many people (service users) are being supported be the adult social care team do not have a learning disability?
