With reference to request JR/416441 and quoting from the response

June 2021'', are you able to let me know the outcome of the decision?

 

Under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000 NHSBT is obliged to:

 

o Let you know whether we hold the information you have requested
o Provide you with the requested information, if held, (subject to any
exemptions under the Act which may apply).

 

I can confirm that NHSBT holds the information you have requested.

 

In relation to Learning and Development Framework Reference: NHSBT1128
Lots 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, the decision has been taken not to offer the
extension options and only those required services will be retendered.

 

We hope that this has dealt with your request for information, however,
should you remain dissatisfied, you have the right to request that we
conduct an internal review of the way we have handled your request. If you
would like us to conduct such a review, as per guidance from the
