I have checked with OFWAT and it states that the communication pipes that are laid under the public highway are also your responsibility .

I am aware of at least 6 digs in the last four years, please can I have the information you hold on this.

Dear Finance and Regulatory,

Thank you for the updated information, however there appears to be at least 2 digs/repairs missing, one in October 2021 and another in March 2022. I am unaware of the classification for the these repairs, either Mains, Communication pipe or other.

I would ask you to re check your information as both included a road closure of Tower Road which should be logged with the council as well as your internal records, risk assessments etc.

SWW have 30 working days to reply and therefore our response to you isn’t
due until 28^th July.

 

We do try to issue responses as soon as possible and are sorry yours has
