Under the Freedom of Information (FOI) act I am submitting a request for information on your organisation's Lead Employer trust information. Please can you complete the below FOI Questions.

1. Could you please provide a list of trusts that you support within your role as a Lead Employer Trust, please include the detail split for each relevant profession, grade/band and speciality. e.g GP, Public Health, Radiology etc.

2. Please provide the total number of Junior Doctors (JDs) within the lead employer arrangement as of September 2020.

3. Based on the total number provided above, are you able to provide this number of JDs split by the trusts involved within the arrangement?

4. What was the total spend placed through your system for JDs for additional hours (e.g. overtime, bank, additional duties) as part of the Lead Employer Trust arrangement, for the financial year 19/20?
