Following a request last month, I'd like to request further information under the Freedom of Information act:

1) The number of referrals made by the local education authority of under-18s to specialist drug and alcohol services in 2013/14 so far

2) The age of the youngest referral made by the local education authority to specialist drug and alcohol services in 2013/14 so far
