Dear Planning Inspectorate,

I would like to get the list of all the appeals relate to Lawful Development certificate application for fence more than 1 meter high made under Schedule 2 Article 3, Part 2, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (GPDO) Order 2015

and

Any enforcement appeals related to boundary fence adjacent to highway.

If you could provide the appeal no, authority, address and appeal outcome it would be really helpful.

Dear Mr Hameed

Thank you for your email dated 30 November.

You ask for a list of all the appeals relating to Lawful Development
certificate applications for a  fence more than 1 meter high made under
Schedule 2 Article 3, Part 2, Class A of the Town and Country Planning
(GPDO) Order 2015 and any enforcement appeals related to a boundary fence
adjacent to highway. Information is in the public domain as we publish
extensive appeals data on our website. Information is available at
[1]Planning Inspectorate - Appeals Data

The data set contains a number of fields that you can use to conduct your
own search but please note that appeals are not categorised as you ask.
However you can do a free text search of the development description for
key words, but this will be wholly dependent on the appellant using like
words against which you can search. You will also see that column  B
indicates the type of the appeal, for example, Lawful Development
Certificate and Enforcement Notice.

Alongside the data are explanations of what all the data fields mean and
also hints and tips for searching the data set.  This data covers the last
five rolling years of decided appeals, and is updated every quarter
(approximately six weeks after the end of the particular quarter in the
year).  You can use the appeal reference to look up the decision on our
Appeals Casework Portal ([2]https://acp.planninginspectorate.gov.uk/).

If you have any queries about this response then please let me know.
Otherwise details of our review procedures and the right to appeal to the
ICO are attached.

Yours sincerely

Kathryn White
