I can confirm that the information requested is held by Wirral Council. Please find

•  LCWIP desire line classification matrix – this is the prioritisation of the 30 plus 
desire lines identified for the original LCWIP. These desire lines were selected 
following a series of stakeholder engagements with all stakeholders across the 
LCR and with LA active travel forum. Also, this process was undertaken by the 
CA who brought in independent external resources to run the prioritisation. 
 
•  LCWIP Prioritisation-2nd Phase – this is criteria used by WSP to run an 
independent evaluation of the desire lines. 
 
•  Wirral RST – This is the original Route Selection Tool, again completed by WSP 
using tools made available by the DfT at the time.
