Dear Mark Berry,
Thank you for latest email dated Tuesday, August 1.
I have explored this request. We do not hold the information that you request in the format you ask for in terms of local authorities, town or city, we do not record data in this way. I have already provided a break down regarding sectors and values for both the Low Carbon Skills Fund and the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme.
Therefore, you already have which organisations have been successful and the area sector and value.
As I wrote previously, if you look at published information on gov.uk you can work out local authority, city/town breakdowns have been successful for the funding. We do hold regional breakdown figures - per region i.e. East of England, North East, South West, Yorkshire and Humber etc
Should we collate the information in the format you require, it would cause a drain in our resource and time, energy, and finances and this would impact our normal day to day work. I must make you aware of Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act.
Kind regards,
Hannah
