Josie
I would not waste time on LCC senior officials. Anyone who has the ability to expose LCC for what they truly are is either ignored or fobbed off.

Go straight to the Head Commisioner with all of your concerns.

Liverpool City Council

Dear Josie Mullen

Please note:

We would at this time advise that Liverpool City Council in common with
other public authorities is presently dealing with, responding to and
affected by the current public health emergency arising from Coronavirus.

When we have sufficient personnel to be able to deal with, and respond to,
your request we will do so in due course.

We thank you for your patience at this time whilst staff are diverted to
maintaining essential services for the residents of Liverpool during this
current public health emergency.

Disgusting response from a local authority that has no interest in helping the people of the city, only the businesses contained within it.

This dispicable response is typical of what this dishonest local authority are STILL getting away with. There is simply no honesty, no accountability and absolutely no respect shown to the concerened general public.

You are clearly being victimised Josie. Your FOI's to date fully expose LCC and they will do everything in their power to ignore you and discredit you.

You have the evidence, you must write to the Commisioners privately and request that they meet with you in person, bring a witness with you (preferably someone with a legal background.)

Currently the Commisioners are being completely hoodwinked by deceitful senior members of LCC and this needs to stop now.
