- How many patients waited more than 18 weeks for an initial assessment? (What percentage of the total is this?)
- How many patients waited more than 12 months for an initial assessment? (What percentage of the total is this?)
- How many patients waited more than 4 weeks to start treatment? (What percentage of the total is this?)
