Dear Andew Minzey,

I am very surprised that, in this day and age, an electronic version is not available of this information. Are you telling me that these layouts were not drawn on computer - in which case I would want to ask why the council is using such inefficient methods? I am also concerned that, given the requirement for a prompt response under FOI, this response came through one day short of the maximum allowed deadline. The delay in posting copies to me means I will not receive the information until after that date.

Please could you explain the problem with electronic copies to me. Do you need the services of a local Milton Keynes company like http://www.mfsreprographics.co.uk/colour... who will scan A0 for £4.50?

As they are plans, would they be on A1 or A0 paper size?

I would also like to remind you that the request includes the revision history of these layouts.

Yours sincerely,

David Lee

Dear David,

Apologies, I was provided the information in hard copy by a colleague. I have subsequently digitised the copies and attach for your reference.

I have been informed that there were no revisions made to these plans as they were produced for the purposes of theoretical layouts to support a procurement exercise to secure a partner for the Regeneration:MK programme.

Kind Regards
