A deed of Variation means Kier Highways charge by use a new schedule of rates to Third Parties.
The information I am after is the schedule.
Its start is 7th January 2019. Why this date? All information about the date being selected
What's the effect on Third-Party rates? What's the effect on your rates? Are you charged differently to Third parties? If so how so and why?

Who acted for Kier Highways about the deed, what lawyers? And if Shakespeare Martineau how's there no conflict with them being appointed to act for you now?

Dear Mr Anderson

I am writing regarding your request for information received on 18
September 2020.  In that request, you asked us for information relating to
Knights recovery rates.

I will be unable to proceed with your request without clarification of the
information you wish to receive. To help us do so, I would like to know
what you mean by Knights recovery rates.  For example, do you want to
know:

1) the percentage of cases in which we successfully make a recovery, or 2)
the percentage of recovery made on a successful case.

Please note that if I do not receive appropriate clarification of your
information requirements within three months from the date of this letter,
then I will consider your request closed.

If you wish to discuss any of the above, please contact me. Please
remember to quote reference number 101425 in any future communications.

Kind regards,

Nicola
