Dear sirs

Can you inform me what is the procedure for redress against a party that breaks a law that subsequently makes the direct incapable of running his company forcing the company to close

is the party that caused the illegal act responsible for the companies insolvency and what is the redress .

"the company was forced into insolvency because of the act"so cannot trade
