Laura Kuenssberg's disclosure of postal vote results 2019 election.

The request was refused by British Broadcasting Corporation.

Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,

On 11 December 2019 Laura Kuenssberg dislclosed the results of postal votes cast in the 2019 election. She stated that the figures made grim reading for Labour.

This is a clear breach of Electoral Law, the Representation of the People Act prevents the reporting of how people voted until after polls close.

How many complaints has the BBC received concerning this in the period 11 December 2019 up to 11 January 2020?

What action has been taken against Laura Kuenssberg in respect of her unlawful acts?

Has the BBC been approached by the Electoral Commission concerning this matter?

Yours faithfully,

Archie Douglas

It is clear that the BBC does not consider the public interest in relation to this. The same as it fails to consider it has a duty towards the people who pay their License fee.
