Dear Network Rail Limited,
I have been a customer for over 3 years, travelling Monday to Friday from Irvine to Glasgow Central station. My normal travelling time is the 6.20 am for Irvine to Glasgow and the 16.00 or 16.30 Glasgow to Irvine. Over this period I have lost count of the number of times my train has been late/delayed/cancelled. I normally purchase a 3 monthly ticket but have never claimed any refund, I would like to know how many times these trains have been late/delayed more that 15 mins or cancelled altogether.

Yours faithfully,

Fred Howe
