councillors

 

Dear Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council,

 

Please could you identify the councillors, if any, that were late paying
council tax in 2019-20.

Please could you also list:

 

- who received reminder letters and who received a summons

- how much was owed in each case

- what happened after a summons? Did they pay or were liability orders
issued

- Also, was anyone banned from voting on the budget because of late
payment?
