Dear University of Liverpool,

Please can I have copies of the Liverpool University Council meeting minutes for the dates:
* 10 February 2022, 2.00 pm
* 7 April 2022, Away Day

According to your stated policy, which you have claimed overrides the time limit proscribed by Section 10 of the Freedom of Information Act, these should have both been online last week following the meeting on 26 May 2022.

To help you out, I have posted a screenshot onto twitter to provide evidence that they are not there yet.

Please put these meeting minutes up promptly.

Yours faithfully,

Julian Todd

Dear Uof Liverpool,

Can you give me a time when I should expect the minutes of the council meetings to be posted up on your website, given that we have now exceeded both the FOI time limit as well as your stated policy of when you would have posted these minutes?

Dear foi Uof Liverpool,

Thank you for finally publishing these minutes two months late, according to your publication schedule.

The ICO has confirmed that your publication schedule is lawful in their opinion (decision notice IC-114115-G9D0), but have unfortunately provided no guidance as to who to complain to when it is not adhered to, as in this case.

Yours sincerely,

Julian Todd
