Dear SG SecFin-Sec Gp Mailbox (MULTIUSER),

This answer is very unsatisfactory, I appreciate that this request would take allot of work but you could of at least worked up to the limit of scope (3.5 working days) instead you have given reasons not to even attempt this work because of limitations.
I have my own personal Medical records but unfortunately as this was issued like a peace of kit and not prescribed like it should, I have no evidence of what i actually took.
Based on the FOI for 2007 the MOD gave Lariam to thousands of soldiers and 54% don't have any record of what they took.

-This is what i would like to know-

(I would like to see copies of orders placed with quantities included, receipts and confirmation of the issuing/supplying of Lariam/Mefloquine on op Telic 1. Quantities used and any resupply needed.)
I don't expect personalized information but an over view of facts regarding op Telic 1 specifically January 2003 until 2004

Yours sincerely,

Grant Thomson
