Dear FOI Team,

I write under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act to request Act to request the number of landlords successfully prosecuted between 2018-23 for failing to comply with health and safety regulations.

As part of the request, I'd like the information to be broken down into the following:

(i) The number of landlords failing to complying with health safety regulations identified by this authority between 2018-23, broken down into years;

(ii) The number of landlords prosecuted between 2018-23 for failing to comply with health and safety regulations, broken down into years;

(iii) The number of landlords between 2018-23 who were punished via civil routes for failing to comply with health and safety regulations, broken down into years;

(iv) The number of housing safety complaints received between 2018-23, broken down into years;

(v) The number of properties identified with Category 1 hazards, following an assessment using the Housing Health and Safety Rating System, broken down into years and, if possible, types of hazard;
