Landlords
Dear HM Revenue and Customs,
-How many people in England, who are not in UC migration 12 month period, receive Universal Credit due to them having a disability as the only criteria they can apply for this?
-How many of these people are landlords and who don’t meet the exclusion criteria for any rental property counting as capital?
-How many of these people claim to have over 16k capital in their rental properties?
-For those who are still claiming UC, have over 16k capital in other property, don’t meet the exclusion criteria for any rental property counting as capital, what are the main reasons for them still being able to claim UC?
Yours faithfully,
John Smith
