Dear Coventry City Council,
Please could you provide me with details of any landlords that may wish to sell their portfolios. Even if it is just a single property that could be refurbished and marketed again in a good condition.
I'm interested in properties that are either empty and/or distressed and need a refurbishment to improve them and the area.
