Subject: Land to west of Ruskin House Coombe Road South Croydon

We are just emailing you to update you on your open Information Request.
We are currently in the process of updating our systems and part of this
update will mean that your open Information Request has been assigned a
new reference: FOI/6690

Further to your request received on 12/12/2022, I confirm that the Council
has now considered your request under the Freedom of Information Act
2000. Specifically, you have requested the following information:

"Please advise of restitution sought to public land to the south of Ruskin
House that has been subject to construction vehicles crossing the site to
undertake works at a neighbouring property."

The land adjacent to Ruskin House (hatched Pink in the diagram below) is
owned by Brick By Brick (BBB) and is therefore not public land. We
understand that BBB are investigating this incursion. If you require any
