Land to the East of St Helens Central station. Off Parr Street, St Helens, Merseyside.

The request was successful.

Dear St Helens Metropolitan Borough Council,
Has the land to the East of St Helens Central station , Off Parr Street , St Helens , Merseyside , which I believe was originally used as coal sidings , been released for residential development , under the Council's Town Centre Regeneration Plan ?
If this is so , does the Council know who the developer is , and what type of accommodation is planned ?

Yours faithfully,

David Garratt
