Land Registry Transfers without Payment and Vacant Possession

Dear Land Registry,

Land Registry Transfers without Payment and Vacant Possession,
today,s date is Saturday 3rd August 2019,

Re; Title Number WM336901, [ 41 Catesby Road, Radford, Coventry, CV6 3EU ]

on the 9th of June 2017, you Transferred the Title of my Property, into the sole name of Rachel Last, without my Knowledge or Consent,

your records show, that the Documents that you relied on, to Transfer my Property into the Sole name of Rachel Last, are;

A] a Court Order, dated the 23rd May 2016, by JUDGE AFZAL, and..
B] a Transfer executed by a District Judge, on the 9th June 2017, and..
C] a Purchase Price by Rachel Last of £65,000
D] a Mortgage in Rachel Lasts Sole name with the Coventry Building Society,

1] the Court Order dated the 23rd May 2016, by JUDGE AFZAL, that your records have relied on;
require my property to be valued and Sold by Loveitts Estate Agents,, where equal shares are to be divided between Rachel Last and myself,,
this proves that Rachel Last is not lawfully allowed to purchase my property,,
therefore, i craig fraser, hereby, require you to provide me with your record containing your reasons, of why you have, Accepted and Recorded JUDGE AFZAL,S ORDER of the 23rd May 2016, when you have refused to comply with it ?,

2] your records show that Rachel Last Purchased my £160,000 Property, via a Transfer executed by a District Judge, on the 9th June 2017, for a knock down price of £65,000,,
you are required by law, to notify myself, in writing prior to transferring my property,
therefore, i craig fraser, hereby, require you to provide me with your reasons for not notifying me of your change of Title, for my property, and i further require you to provide me with your proof of claim against my property, due to the fact that no money has ever been paid to myself, and i continued to be the Sole Occupier,, and a Purchase requires vacant possession and payment,,

3] i further require the Court Claim Number that you have, for the Judge,s Transfer of my Property,

4] your published records from the 9th June 2017 claim that Rachel Last, had a Mortgage on my property in her SOLE name, with the Coventry Building Society,,
the law requires you to publish and record, all encumbrances against a Title,, i require you to provide the proof of your claim of Rachel Last being the Sole Owner of my property,
due to the fact that after your change of Title, i craig fraser continued to be the sole occupant and the sole payer the Mortgage,,

Dear Customer Support,

to the HM Land Registry,

1] your reply is untrue, because you had published that i did not have a Mortgage on my property, of which is untrue, and a blatant and malicious publication,

2] you publicised wrongful information regarding myself and my property, without your requirement by Law, to notify myself, before doing so,, of which is a further malicious publication, and a refusal of my inalienable right to defend my home and my property,,

3] i was the sole occupier of my property, and you unlawfully Transferred the Title, without vacant possession,,
and without a Sale,, this is in fact a Trespass upon myself and my property,, of which you continually refuse to answer to,

4] you continue to Trespass against myself and my property, by your refusal to accept any liability for your wrongful publications regarding my Land and Real Estate,, and you refuse to properly investigate facts that prove your wrongful actions and publications,,

5] you have again refused to answer my questions, of which the law requires an internal review, especially as you are again, asking me to purchase documents from yourself, of which i have already purchased, and do not answer my questions,

6] the law requires you to put my name back onto the Title of my Property, until you can prove your publication, of which you are again refusing to do,, your are publishing false data and false information, in regard to my Land and Real Estate of which i have a right to be protected from,, therefore, i will take this matter to the highest level possible, until my lawful rights have been fully complied with,,

Dear Land Registry,

1] you claim that Solicitors Band Hatton Button have dealt with yourselves in regard to my property, when i can confirm that i have never appointed Band Hatton Button Solicitors, to represent myself or my property,, in fact, i have never met anyone from that Solicitors firm,,

Thank you for your email of 16 September 2019 where you requested information about Land Registry transfers without payment and vacant possession in relation to your property.

The department requires further information in order to identify and locate the information that you have asked for. I will not be able to take this matter further without extra information from you. In particular, it would be useful to know your address and title number of the property.

Once you have clarified your request, I will be able to begin to process your request. If I do not receive clarification within three months your request will be considered to have lapsed. (Under section 1(3) of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), a public authority need not comply with a request unless any further information reasonably required to locate the information is supplied).

We know that properties are being STOLEN, and the Land Registry is involved. You are not the only one.

today,s date is monday 23rd september 2019,
reply to HM Land Registry,

1] you have requested further information of which you have already been given within this information request, therefore, i will AGAIN furnish you with this information,
you have requested the Land Registry Title Number of my property, of which is Title Number WM336901,
[ 41 Catesby Road, Radford, Coventry, CV6 3EU ]

2] the HM Land Registry,s Records regarding the Transfer of Title of my Property, shows that the Transfer of Title included JUDGE AFZAL,S COURT ORDER dated 23 May 2016,,
JUDGE AFZAL,S COURT ORDER, clearly states that; Loveitts Estate Agents will Sell my Property on the open market, and myself and Rachel Last are to be given equal shares,,
this proves that the HM Land Registry, are in breach of their own records,,

3] the law entitles me to Mediation, in regard to Private Civil Matters, PRIOR TO, being forced into paying extortionate Court Costs to judges,,
i have never been offered Mediation, and i have never been to Court in regard to my property,, yet,
the HM Land Registry claimed and PUBLISHED, that Deputy District Judge, Nicholas Morrow-Brown, signed the Transfer of my Title Deeds, without the Lawful Requirement of VACANT POSSESSION, and without the DUE PROCESS, of notifying myself beforehand, so that i could Defend and Challenge the HM LAND REGISTRY,S FALSE AND UNLAWFUL PUBLICATIONS IN REGARD TO MY PERSONAL PROPERTY,,
