I searched 28 Grasmere Road on Land Registry’s ‘find a property’ service and there are no leasehold titles available to buy. There are eight flats listed in the search results but only the freehold tenure is available for them.

I bought the freehold title and plan on 28.12.2021 but the download date shown on the title is 15.01.2021.
