Answer: It is the HM Land Registry Property Asset Management Team

 

2. What function does the Ministry of Justice play in the Land Registry
Agency Estates Division AED?

Answer: The Ministry of Justice plays no function with the HM Land
Registry Property Asset Management Team.

Thank you for your swift reply. We are however confused by your answer as while doing research we came across the government properties website and there are 44 properties all of which state Land Registry Agency Estates Division AED (Ministry of Justice)
Is HM Land Registry part of the Ministry of Justice?

HM Land Registry used to be a part of the Ministry of Justice. We are currently part of BEIS (Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy).
