Dear Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council,

Does the council own the parcel of land between Laburnum Road and Clarendon Road East and more specifically centred around National Grid Reference SD69222978 being a rectangular piece of land.

If so, can the council provide copy deeds for the said land as it is currently not a registered property of the councils with the Land Registry and any other documentation relating to this parcel.

Yours faithfully,

Graham Stevens
