Dear Fiona Van Stadden,
Many thanks for the information. If I may just clarify a couple of issues.
Is there any difference between the red and pink shaded areas?
When you state that you do not hold details of leasehold ownership in electronic form, what form do you hold this information in?
Do you mean by this you do not hold electronic details of the leaseholders of any land of which the city council is the freeholder?
or do you mean you do not hold electronic details where the council is the leaseholder and others are the freeholder?
Many thanks
Yours sincerely,
Stephen Adamson
Dear Mr Adamson
Thank you for your e-mail.
In response, there is no difference between the pink and red hatched land
– the different colours were for admin purposes and will be updated once
the GIS system has been upgraded.
On the second point, the Council does not hold leaseholder information –
whether the Council is Landlord or tenant on its GIS mapping system.
Regards.
Lesley

Dear Lesley,
Is it possible to put the maps on the council website and a link to it here?

We respond to your clarification as follows:
What form do you hold leaseholder information in?
We have an index for the Leasehold properties which is in a word document.
