I am writing further to your email of 7 February 2020, in which you asked
the following question under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA):

Did the Crown Estate grant Taylor Wimpey (or any other developer) a
development land option agreement for any part of Lot 1 of the Taunton
Estate, prior to it being sold in late 2018 to Taylor Wimpey?

If so, please supply a copy of the development land option agreement(s)
for this Taunton Estate land.

The Crown Estate did not enter into a development option agreement with
Taylor Wimpey or any other developer for the land which was sold to Taylor
Wimpey, so we do not hold the information to answer your request.

I hope this information is helpful. If, however, you are not satisfied
