Dear Kent County Council,
In July 2019 I made an FOI request (your reference: 6942565) for all copies of communications between KCC Education and DHA Planning, in regards to a proposed garden settlement to the north of Marden ("Land North of Marden").
In that FOI request, you confirmed there had been minimal discussions between KCC Education and the promoters of this scheme.
Please can you now provide me with a copy of all communications between KCC Education and the promoters, SINCE this date (July 2019) and up to today's date. I am asking for a copy of all emails and notes as well as any meetings with dates.
In a recently released document regarding this proposed development from DHA Planning it states:
"The promoter has engaged with the education provider (Kent County Council) on the number of school places required...[ ]"
Please send me all copies of communications relating to this planning proposal, including the above 'engagement'. There was no such mention of this engagement in my previous FoI request therefore it must have presumably taken place in the interim.
Dear Kent County Council,
To clarify the promoter(s) may be either DHA Planning or Turley Economics in this case. Please check for communications from both on this proposed development.
I am making this request under the EIR as it involves possible land development.
