Dear Mr. Grewal,
Thank you for your Freedom of Information enquiry dated
December 5th.
Oxford City Council is the collection Authority for
waste, and the County Council are the disposal Authority. Therefore the
City Council's only involvement with disposal at landfill is with
Commercial Waste. Our only contract is an official Purchase Order, which
I attach. I have "redacted" (edited out) the price, as this information
is exempt from disclosure under Section 43 (2) of the Freedom of
Information Act on the grounds of commercial sensitivity.
I hope this assists, but if you disagree with any part
of this response you are entitled to ask Oxford City Council for an
internal review of the decision(s) made. You may do this by writing to
The Monitoring Officer, Oxford City Council, The Town Hall, Blue Boar
Street, Oxford, OX1 4EY. If, after the result of an internal review, you
are still not satisfied, you may ask the Information Commissioner to
intervene on your behalf. You may do this by writing to The Information
Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire,
SK9 5AF.
Yours sincerely,

Dear Mr Hughes
Thank you very much for your response.
The purchase contract however does not appear to be attached. I would be grateful if you would kindly send it through again.
Many thanks
Gavin Grewal
