Dear Liverpool City Council,

Absolute rubbish!!!!!!!!!
The information for all land disposals should be available to councillors and the public.....it's called a democracy/scrutiny
There should be a database for land disposals with:

[1] Location of asset
[2] type of asset
[3] Lease or sale
[4] Independent valuation
[5]tendered/not tendered
[6] Actual sale/lease price
[2] Name of individual/company

Of course LCC doesn't have a proper database.....ask Joe Anderson why!!!!!
